I also restore old circular knitting machines / sock knitting machines.

The cost for servicing is from £50 and any repairs or spare parts required this is charges at cost of part + Service.

The sponge needle bars I refurbish these at a cost of £15 for a pair (main bed and ribber). New sponge needle bars are price on application due to variation in machines.

For the users of electronic machines I am a qualify Electronics Engineer and before I change a PCB's in a machine I will try and repair the PCB's which should reduce the repair costs. It is not always possible depending on the fault and/or damage.

Machines are tested prior to return.

Due to how fragile the machines are it would be preferable to hand deliver to us and not use a courier.

If you have to use a courier please ensure that the machine is well packed to make sure it it not damagd in trasit, preferably using the manufacturers packaging. If this is the only option to you the courier cost are charged on top.

Local uplift or delivery can be made by prior arrangement.

For the old circular / sock machines I am able to source new needles for the barrel and ribber for some of the machines but not all types are available. These needles will be sold in a full sets of barrel or Ribber. Availability is subject to supplier been able to supply and if the machine type is available.
